Key Responsibilities
Manage collection of brokerage and consultancy fees from developers.
Regularly follow up with developer Accounts and Finance teams for pending payments.
Track project-wise and developer-wise outstanding receivables.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Finance teams for payment reconciliation and documentation.
Resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely closure of outstanding amounts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS and ageing reports.
Build robust relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Graduate with 3–6 years of experience in Collections or Receivables.
Real Estate / Channel Partner / Property Consultancy experience preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Robust knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
