Job Description
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Prepare and maintain financial records and accounting statements. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
Prepare invoices, payment entries, receipts, and journal entries. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain accurate records of expenses and transactions. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams when required. Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports for management.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST and TDS.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.




Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
4 years of relevant accounting experience.
B.Com/M.Com equivalent qualification.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
