SAP QM Functional Support
Support implementation activities in SAP Quality Management (QM).
Assist in gathering and gap analysis of business requirements and documenting
functional specifications.
Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process discussions.
Configure and maintain SAP QM master data including:
Inspection Plans
Master Inspection Characteristics (MIC)
Sampling Procedures
Quality Info Records
Catalogs and Code Groups
Support inspection lot processing, result recording, defect recording, and usage
decisions.
Project Execution & Testing
• Participate in Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare phases of SAP projects.
• Prepare and execute:
o Unit Test Scripts
o Integration Tests
o User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Assist in defect tracking and issue resolution.
• Support cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Validate migrated data and master data quality.
