About the Role:
US IT Recruiter – B2B Staffing & Process Setup

Responsibilities:
Build and streamline the US IT recruitment/B2B hiring process from scratch.
Develop sourcing strategies for US IT consultants and candidates, particularly through IMS and similar channels.
Manage and mentor a team of US IT recruiters.
Establish SOPs, KPIs, sourcing funnels, submission processes and quality standards.
Work closely with B2B clients/vendors and understand their hiring requirements.
Build vendor/client relationships and improve candidate submission-to-interview ratios.
Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.




Train recruiters on US staffing, ATS/VMS, Boolean sourcing, rate negotiation and candidate management.

Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5+ years in US IT Staffing/Recruitment
Preferred: Candidates currently working with US staffing organizations.
