Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Fresher role based in Chennai. The role involves assisting senior advocates and associates with legal research, case law compilation, and drafting of basic legal documents, notes, and summaries. The Fresher will help prepare case files, organize documentation, and support court-related work, including maintaining records and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, proofreading drafts, and ensuring accurate filing of pleadings and supporting documents. The position offers structured learning, guidance from experienced professionals, and progressive responsibility as skills develop.

Qualifications
Robust legal research and analytical abilities, including aptitude for studying case law and statutes.
Transparent and concise legal writing skills, with attention to detail in drafting and proofreading documents.




Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with senior advocates, colleagues, and support staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council of India or eligibility to enroll preferred.
Demonstrated interest in litigation and court practice, particularly in working with High Court matters.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and legal research tools; familiarity with digital databases is an advantage.
Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and continuous learning in a high-performance legal environment.
