Front Office Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle visitor registrations and maintain visitor records.
Schedule appointments.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles (freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.

Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.

Working Conditions
Full-time position.
Standard office working hours (may vary depending on business requirements).
Interaction with clients, visitors, vendors, and internal teams on a daily basis.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
