As the Analytics-Delivery Partner, you will play a crucial role in our Analytics & BI - Delivery department. Your primary focus will be to lead and deliver analytics projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our analytics business, managing key accounts, and contributing to the overall P&L; of the company.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Grow and develop analytics accounts, identifying new business prospects and maintaining solid client relationships.
Handle P&L; for assigned projects, ensuring financial targets are met and optimizing profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
Stay updated with the latest analytics trends, technologies, and industry best practices, and drive innovation within the team.
Mentor and guide junior team members,
providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining project integrity.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored analytics solutions.
Contribute to the overall strategy and vision of the Analytics & BI - Delivery department, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
16+ years of experience in leading large-scale analytics projects, with a proven track record of successful deliveries.
Demonstrated ability to handle P&L;, manage finances, and optimize profitability for analytics projects.
Robust leadership and management skills, with experience in guiding and mentoring teams.
