About the Role

We are looking for a
B2B SaaS Sales Executive
to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiations, closures and payment collection.

This is
not a script-based telecalling role
.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads
Connect with business owners and decision-makers
Understand customer requirements and business challenges
Conduct product demonstrations
Prepare proposals and quotations
Handle objections and negotiations
Close monthly and annual subscriptions
Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Requirements
2–5 years of B2B SaaS, software, CRM,



ERP or technology sales experience
Solid communication and presentation skills
Proven prospecting and closing ability
Experience selling to business owners or senior decision-makers
Comfortable with cold calling, online demos and client visits
Ability to independently manage the sales cycle

Preferred:
Experience in CRM, ERP, cloud telephony, field-service or business automation software.

Languages:
English required; Telugu/Hindi preferred.

Performance Expectations
15–20 product demonstrations/month
4–6 current customers/month
₹2–₹4 lakh in monthly collections
