The role involves assisting sellers with their queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth support experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle seller queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Understand seller concerns and assist with process-related issues.
Communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
Provide accurate information and maintain a skilled customer experience.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Document interactions and update relevant details in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Meet productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility
Qualification: Any Graduate
Languages:
English and Hindi – Mandatory
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational schedules.

Freshers: ₹19,000 In-Hand per month
