Qualification: B.Sc./B.Pharm/B.Tech/Diploma in relevant technical field; Medical Device

Job Purpose

To establish and maintain effective quality control practices for the company's consumable surgical medical devices, ensuring that raw materials, in-process products and finished products consistently meet defined specifications, quality standards and customer requirements. The person will also support the company in improving product quality and reducing defects/rejections.

Key Skills Required
Solid understanding of Quality Control principles




Knowledge of medical/surgical consumable products
Practical knowledge of inspection and testing
Understanding of SOP, NCR, CAPA, deviation and root-cause analysis
Positive documentation and reporting skills
Knowledge of ISO 13485 / medical device QMS will be preferred
Ability to work closely with Production and identify process-level quality problems
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Valuable attention to detail

What We Expect From This Role

Raw Material → Production Process → In-Process Inspection → Final Product → Packaging → Dispatch → Customer Feedback → Quality Improvement

The selected candidate should be capable of identifying why a defect is happening, implementing corrective action and helping Production prevent the same defect from occurring again.
