Qualified CA, or CA (Inter) with CS qualification (CS is compulsory).
Freshers with robust fundamentals are welcome to apply.

0–2 years of relevant experience; Articleship experience will be considered.

TDS
ROC compliances
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities1. Finance & Accounts
Prepare and analyse financial statements.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Monitor budgeting, cost analysis, and cash flow/working capital planning.
Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Secretarial & Corporate Compliance
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws.
Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
Manage and coordinate ROC filings.
Prepare Board meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Support corporate governance practices.
Liaise with ROC authorities, auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Support preparation and filing of tax returns.
Assist with tax assessments and related proceedings.
Ensure timely completion of all statutory filings and compliances.

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
