Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a General & Laparoscopic Surgeon preferred.
Experience in independent management of general surgical and laparoscopic cases.
Experience in emergency surgical care and postoperative management.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage patients requiring general and laparoscopic surgical procedures.
Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures as per clinical competence.
Conduct laparoscopic procedures such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair and other appropriate procedures.
Conduct pre-operative assessment and obtain informed consent.
Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
Manage surgical emergencies and coordinate timely interventions.
Participate in OPD consultations, inpatient rounds and follow-up care.
Coordinate with anaesthetists, physicians, radiologists and other specialists.




Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes and discharge summaries.
Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices and patient-safety standards.
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, training and quality-improvement activities.
Comply with NABH standards, hospital policies and skilled ethics.
