3+ years exp. in Residential /commercial interiors
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with design teams to align designs with project objectives and ensure feasibility.
Oversee site activities to maintain safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.
Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and in office teams for smooth operations.
Act as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing regular updates and resolving concerns.
Ensure availability and optimal utilization of resources like manpower, materials, and equipment.
Identify potential risks to timelines or budgets and take proactive measures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to specifications.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, trackers, and handover documents.
Report progress, challenges, and updates to senior management.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
