Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the college. The candidate will coordinate with management, HODs, faculty, students, parents, vendors, and support staff to ensure smooth and effective functioning of the institution.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the college.
Coordinate with Principal, Vice Principal, HODs, faculty, non-teaching staff, students, and parents.
Maintain and organize administrative records, documents, registers, and reports.
Handle official correspondence, notices, circulars, and internal communication.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, seminars, workshops, and college activities.
Monitor attendance, leave records, staff requirements, and administrative documentation.




Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers.
Monitor office supplies, stationery, equipment, and general administrative inventory.
Follow up on facility maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and other infrastructure-related requirements.
Support the admission department with documentation and administrative coordination when required.
Assist management and academic departments with day-to-day operational requirements.
Ensure proper implementation of college policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of institutional and employee/student information.
Prepare administrative reports and provide updates to management.
Coordinate with external authorities, universities, service providers, and other stakeholders whenever required.
Handle student/parent administrative queries and ensure timely resolution.
