InfoObjects Inc. is looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our onsite recruitment team in Jaipur. We are seeking candidates with robust communication skills and prior experience in recruitment, voice-based processes, BPO, or international hiring.
Candidates with US IT Recruitment or US/UK Healthcare Recruitment experience will be preferred. Candidates from BPO or voice process backgrounds may also be considered, provided they have relevant night-shift experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates for US-based IT requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening through phone/voice interactions.
Assess candidate skills, experience, availability, and suitability against job requirements.
Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in internal systems/ATS.
Meet defined sourcing, screening, and recruitment targets.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Communicate professionally with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Work effectively according to US business hours and recruitment processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Female candidates only.
Minimum 3 months of qualified experience in recruitment, BPO, voice process, customer support, or international hiring.
Prior night-shift experience is mandatory.
US IT Recruitment experience is preferred.
US/UK Healthcare Recruitment experience will also be considered.
Candidates with BPO/voice process experience and relevant night-shift exposure are eligible.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
