Design and develop machine control logic for automated manufacturing systems.
Develop modular, reusable, and standardized PLC software.
Modify existing PLC software based on customer requirements.
Perform software debugging and optimization.

Beckhoff PLC (Primary Skill 80%)
Develop PLC software using TwinCAT 2 / TwinCAT 3.
Configure EtherCAT networks.
Program motion control applications.
Servo axis synchronization.
Camming & gearing.
Safety PLC programming.
Troubleshoot Beckhoff IPCs and I/O modules.

HMI & SCADA Development
Develop operator interfaces.
Alarm management.
Recipe management.
Machine diagnostics.
User access management.
Production reports.

Servo & Motion Control
Servo drive configuration.
Motion sequencing.
Linear interpolation.
Rotary indexing.
Homing.
Electronic gearing.
Multi-axis synchronization.
