About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and confident Sales Executive to join our growing Event Management & Experiential Marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, client acquisition, networking, and events, with the ability to generate new business opportunities and convert leads into successful event projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through cold calling, references, networking, social media, and market research.
Identify and approach potential clients for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, brand activations, and other events.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable event solutions.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the event planning and execution team to ensure smooth project handover.
Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and recent business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
14 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in the Event Management, Advertising, Hospitality, Media, or Experiential Marketing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Confident in handling B2B clients and corporate decision-makers.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
