About the role:

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Non-Tech Recruiters to support non tech hiring for a leading global Food & Beverage organization & Banking Sector. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT recruitment, understanding technical requirements, identifying qualified talent, and ensuring high-quality candidate submissions within defined TAT.

Experience in contract hiring for skills like Finance/Accounting (R2R, P2P, AP/AI General Ledger, financial reporting, Tax, Treasury.), procurement, supply chain, commerce etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.
Understand technical Job Descriptions and develop effective sourcing strategies.




Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, compensation, and overall fit.
Validate notice period, availability, compensation, location, and candidate interest before submission.
Deliver quality profiles within defined TAT.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Proactively engage candidates throughout the recruitment process to minimize dropouts.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records.

Build robust candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
