Role: Telecaller – General Insurance Sales
Location: Ludhiana
Experience: 1–3 years in Insurance/BFSI/Telecalling preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Call existing and prospective customers for Motor, Health and other GI products.
Generate leads, explain products and arrange quotations.
Handle customer objections and follow up for policy conversion.
Maintain accurate customer details and call records in CRM.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with field sales team for qualified leads and appointments.
Ensure compliant and skilled customer communication.
Desired Skills:
Valuable communication skills, Punjabi & English , sales orientation, convincing ability and basic computer/CRM knowledge.
