The role: Be the human face of Pramaan OS. You'll handle frontline support for CA firms and run their onboarding and training — a hybrid role for someone who genuinely likes helping specialists succeed with software.
You will:
Resolve support queries via chat, email, and calls with speed and warmth
Onboard current CA firms: setup, data migration coordination, training sessions
Document recurring issues and feed them to Product and Engineering
Build help-centre content (guides, FAQs, short videos)
You have:
Excellent spoken and written English; Telugu strongly preferred
Patience, empathy, and a teacher's instinct
Comfort learning software deeply enough to teach it (B.Com/M.Com or accounting exposure a plus)
