Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and finalise statutory audit assignments in accordance with applicable Standards on Auditing and

Ind AS.
Prepare and review financial statements (standalone and consolidated) under Ind AS, ensuring compliance and

disclosure accuracy.
Handle consolidation of accounts for group entities, including SPVs and subsidiaries.
Prepare and review MIS reports for management and client reporting.
Prepare client-ready financial statements and audit deliverables in Excel, and presentations/summaries in

PowerPoint.
Support audit and advisory engagements for clients in the real estate sector.
Liaise with client finance teams, engagement partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of

assignments.
Supervise and review the work of article assistants and junior team members.
Ensure adherence to firm methodology, quality control standards, and regulatory timelines.
