Handle surface preparation, pre-treatment, painting and finishing processes.
Ensure required paint quality, finish, thickness and appearance.
Monitor paint shop productivity, rejection, rework and material consumption.
Implement preventive maintenance and process controls for paint shop equipment.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve paint-related issues.
