Role Description
The Vendor management Specialist's key responsibility is to govern the IT service contracts. The area includes contract, commercial, performance and vendor risk management of the contracts.
Also undertakes the daily workload, activities and tasks of establishing, monitoring, and optimizing vendor relationships by performing Performance validation, financial obligation, real-time dashboarding/reporting, supervising contractual obligation/SLA's, Audits and Risk Governance

Your key responsibilities:
Vendor Service Delivery Governance (VSDG) function enables Deutsche Bank (DB) to optimize supplier relationships to meet its strategic objectives by:
Partnering across DB to develop commercial strategies and create value from supplier relationships.
Enabling the bank to manage Third-Party risks and purchase efficiently and compliantly.
Managing current service demands and vendor performance on a divisional level.
Implementing and upholding sustainable procurement practices.
Driving transformation and ensuring future-proof procurement technology, data and processes.
VSDG is responsible for the end-to-end management of vendors across TDI - CIO Private Bank to improve performance, mitigate risk, optimize costs and maximize commercial value.
