Role & Responsibilities:
Drive new business development through lead generation, prospecting, market research, customer visits, and networking.
Identify and acquire current B2B and B2C customers across assigned markets and industry segments.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
Conduct regular customer meetings, market visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into confirmed business.
Explore current markets, regions, industries, and customer segments for business expansion.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and business forums in India and overseas.




Coordinate and support customer/factory audits, including documentation review, site visits, stakeholder coordination, recording observations, and preparation of audit reports, wherever required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and developments within the manufacturing and related industries.
Maintain daily sales activity reports and provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, customer visits, and sales progress.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
Undertake frequent travel for customer meetings, business development, exhibitions, factory visits, and market expansion activities.
Coordinate with international customers, global counterparts, and internal teams for business development and execution.
Work towards achieving assigned business development, customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue objectives.
