Freshers with positive medical terminology and clinical knowledge

Job Responsibilities
Review and analyze patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Identify diagnoses, procedures, and medical services documented by healthcare providers.
Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on coding guidelines.
Ensure accurate and complete medical coding of patient records.
Follow healthcare regulations, coding standards, and company quality procedures.
Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
Participate in training and continuous learning on coding updates.

Skills Required
Valuable knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology
Strong understanding of medical terminology
Basic knowledge of diseases, treatments, and clinical procedures
Positive English communication and comprehension
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Willingness to learn medical coding concepts and guidelines
Basic computer knowledge
