Key Responsibilities
Execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and marketplaces with focus on ROAS,

CAC, CPL, and conversion uplift.
Translate business goals into media plans, budgets, and campaign KPIs with the Head of

Nutraceutical.
Optimize ads continuously for conversion improvement.
Run campaigns for launches, lead gen, retargeting, acquisition, and repeat purchase growth.
Support Amazon ads to boost listing visibility and conversions.
Test creatives, landing pages, offers, and audiences; document and share learnings quick.
Track performance daily via GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Sheets dashboards.
Coordinate cross‑functionally with creative, content, e‑commerce, and sales to align campaigns with

stock, pricing, and promos.




Diagnose underperformance early and implement corrective actions quickly.
Maintain reporting hygiene with clean naming, UTM discipline, and attribution accuracy.
Deliver reports weekly/monthly on spend, leads, sales, ROAS, CAC, funnel drop‑offs, and action

points

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
