Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager II HRBP II Gurgaon II 6:00 PM IST- 3:00 AM IST

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented HR qualified to manage both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, and supporting HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and business success.

Gurgaon / Hybrid mode

Shift Timing:
US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.
Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment dashboards,



hiring trackers, and MIS reports.
Drive employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratio.

HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and full & final settlements.
Support payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, advantages, and processes.
Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee databases.
Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and HR initiatives.
Support audits and compliance-related activities.
