Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will work alongside experienced marketers to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, paid media, social media, email, and content channels. This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for fresh graduates eager to build a robust foundation in contemporary marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required.
Support SEO efforts keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.
Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube).
Draft email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber lists using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and social insights and present actionable insights.
Collaborate with the design team to produce creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
Research market trends,



competitor activity, and audience behavior to inform strategy.
Assist with website content updates using CMS platforms and Claude.
Support influencer outreach and affiliate marketing programs.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Two years of experience in Digital Marketing for a corporate entity.

Skills & Competencies

Must-Have Skills
Robust understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email, Content).
Proficiency with using Claude for all aspects of marketing.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets for data analysis).
