About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Analyst with strong documentation, analytical thinking, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating explicit and structured documentation while having a basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, Meeting Minutes (MoM), and Requirement Documents.
Create and maintain User Stories, Tasks, and Acceptance Criteria.
Assist in preparing process flows, workflow diagrams, and AS-IS / TO-BE documentation.
Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders.
Support requirement clarification during development and testing.




Assist in preparing test scenarios and validating implemented functionality.
Maintain project artifacts, requirement traceability, and change documentation.
Use Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools to manage requirements and work items.
Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Required Skills & Qualifications
0–1 years of experience (Freshers with relevant internships or project experience can apply).
Excellent documentation and written communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts and Agile methodology.
Knowledge of User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRD, and FRD documentation.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of SDLC.
Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
