We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, marketplace optimization, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management
Manage seller accounts across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart, Ajio, FirstCry, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms.
Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specifications.
Ensure catalogue quality and resolve listing issues promptly.
Inventory & Order Management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse team.
Process and track customer orders to ensure timely dispatch.
Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipment delays and delivery issues.
Minimize order cancellations and stock-outs.
Sales & Performance Monitoring
Track daily sales performance and marketplace KPIs.




Analyze product performance and identify prospects to improve sales.
Monitor Buy Box performance, pricing competitiveness, and product rankings.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Customer Experience
Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews.
Resolve customer complaints and marketplace escalations.
Maintain high seller performance metrics.

Operations
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and customer support teams.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Required Skills
Valuable understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces.
Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
