Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive sales and market development for the Surgical Innovation (SI) portfolio across Goa and Coastal Maharashtra.
Promote products including Sutures, Stapling, Energy, Electrosurgery, Hernia, and Advanced Surgical Solutions.
Build robust relationships with surgeons, OT staff, biomedical engineers, and hospital stakeholders.
Provide clinical support during surgeries and conduct product demonstrations.
Execute marketing campaigns, training programs, CMEs, and medical conferences.
Identify current business opportunities and support government tender activities.
Manage key accounts, track market trends, and achieve territory sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
