JOB DESCRIPTION – INVENTORY & STORE INCHARGE

Department: Back of House
Location: Les Amis, Alwarpet, Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inventory and store operations.
Receive, check, and store incoming materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, wastage, and shortages.
Issue materials to the kitchen as required.
Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and organization.
Coordinate with purchase and kitchen teams.
Handle local purchases and deliveries when required.
Drive for material collection/delivery when required.

Requirements
Previous experience in inventory/store operations, preferably in F&B.;
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Physically fit and responsible.
Must know driving and hold a valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
