Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Business Manager to drive business growth for Alpha Packaging. The role involves monitoring sales performance, generating and managing leads, converting prospects into customers through calls and in-person meetings, and building strong B2B client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily sales activities, business performance and revenue growth.
Generate recent leads through cold calls, references, networking and market research.
Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, emails and in-person meetings.
Understand client packaging requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets.
Conduct regular client meetings and develop long-term business relationships.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients and close deals.




Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations and conversions.
Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in Packaging, Manufacturing or Industrial Products.
Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to convert leads into sales through calls and client meetings.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Target-driven with good business acumen.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
