OP Responsibilities - counselling mothers who come back for the NICU follow up visits
Complete counselling for the mothers in NICU with respect to breastfeeding
Preterm counselling
Should be a part of milk bank - overseeing milk donation/NICU/OP
Milk bank pasteurisation process
Responsible for reporting quality indicators by conducting the study/ review of various data points
Maintaining complete documentation of the milk bank
Taking care of preventive and corrective actions.
Support and participate in interdisciplinary performance and quality improvement process.
Support in evaluating effectiveness of IC practice.
Actively participating in all required infection control audit activities in the department.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
