Job Summary

EUC Front Desk & Field Support - Consultant Seeking an EUC Support Consultant to provide front desk, desk side, and field support for end user devices across office locations. The role includes handling walk in and ITSM based requests, IMAC activities, and supporting the complete hardware lifecycle—recent hire provisioning, break fix, warranty coordination, and device recovery during offboarding. The consultant will ensure accurate asset updates in CMDB/asset systems, adhere to SACM guidelines, and operate within ITSM processes covering Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Exposure to Intune device management is required. Work model: 5 days from office (Mon-Fri), 9 hours on site (includes 1 hour break). Role requires robust communication skills, customer experience orientation, flexibility to work in shifts, and comfort with both system based and field work.
