Key Responsibilities_
Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.:
Maintain presses, production machines and other mechanical/electrical equipment.:
Oversee maintenance of DG sets, UPS systems, STP, air compressors, pump room and plant infrastructure.:
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and ensure minimum downtime.:
Plan preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.:
Coordinate spare parts, consumables and maintenance materials with stores and vendors.:
Supervise contractors and ensure safe execution of maintenance work.:
Maintain documentation, checklists, equipment history and reports.:
Coordinate with production to plan maintenance without affecting operations.:
Ensure compliance with safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:_
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.:
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.:
Solid knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance.:
Hands-on experience with presses, motors, pumps, DG sets, UPS, STP and other plant utilities.:
Valuable troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.:
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance planning.:
Positive communication, documentation and coordination skills.:
Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP/maintenance records.:
Ability to manage vendors, contractors and spare parts inventory.:
Self-driven, safety conscious and able to work independently.
