As a Salesforce Developer, your role is key in enhancing our Salesforce workplace, ensuring integration with other business systems, and providing cutting-edge features that enhance user experience and business productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce,
and other Salesforce tools.- Solution Design: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure high code quality and maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices, including code reviews, comprehensive documentation, and proper testing (unit testing, integration testing).
Optimization and Troubleshooting: Analyze and optimize Salesforce system performance, resolving technical issues, and improving scalability and reliability.
Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the deployment of changes through sandbox environments and ensure adherence to change management policies.
