PREP (Preparation)
Attend all grooming checks and visual merchandising activities.:
Set up trial rooms and client spaces under Senior Stylist's guidance.
Learn about assigned clients by reading brief notes and observing seniors.
PROCESS (Operations)
Assist during CCS stages: client hosting, trial organization, product movement.
Begin independently handling standard clients with easy styling needs.:
Maintain studio lifestyle, grooming presence, and service etiquette throughout client visits.
POST (Results)
Submit basic client service notes to Senior or Catalyst post-trial.:
Participate in daily reflections: what went right, where improvements needed.
Show readiness for growth into Senior Stylist role by taking ownership on-floor.
