Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Lead and manage the creative team including designers, copywriters, and content creators.
Create creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to develop impactful campaigns.
Review and approve creative designs, videos, social media content, and marketing assets.
Provide creative direction for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and offline promotions.
Manage multiple creative projects and ensure timely delivery.
Stay updated with design trends, consumer behavior, and industry innovations.
Work with external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
