About The Role
Royal Infraconstru Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to manage and review key accounting, financial reporting, taxation and audit activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial statements, taxation, statutory audits, accounting standards and compliance, with the ability to independently handle senior-level finance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Chartered Accountants (CA) will be preferred.
- ACCOUNTS &
- FINANCIAL REPORTING
- Preparation and review of quarterly financial reports.
- Preparation and finalisation of Balance Sheet and financial statements.
- Preparation and review of Cash Flow Statements.
- Calculation and accounting of Deferred Tax Liability (DTL).
- Calculation and accounting of Expected Credit Loss (ECL).
- Calculation of depreciation as per:
- Income Tax Act
- Companies Act
- Review of accounting entries and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Support in year-end closing and finalisation of accounts.
- INCOME TAX
- Preparation and submission of Income Tax-related documents and returns.
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Handling and responding to Income Tax notices and departmental queries.
- Coordination with tax consultants and advisors wherever required.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable Income Tax requirements.
- AUDIT &
- COMPLIANCE
Responsible For Organising, Coordinating And Supporting The Following Audits
- Annual
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required schedules, workings and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
- PURCHASE ORDER –
- HEAD OFFICE
- Review and approve Head Office Purchase Orders (HO POs) as per company policies and delegated authority.
- Ensure appropriate accounting and financial controls are followed.
- HEAD OFFICE VOUCHERS
- Checking and verification of Head Office accounting vouchers.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and appropriate supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- JOINT VENTURE ACCOUNTS
- Review and checking of Joint Venture (JV) accounts.
- Verification of accounting entries, balances and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
Required Qualification &
- Experience
- CA / Chartered Accountant –
- Preferred.
- Candidates with CA qualification and relevant post-qualification experience will be given preference.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance or Accounting with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts &
- Finance.
- Experience in Infrastructure, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing or similar industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, financial reporting, audit and accounting standards.
- Experience in handling statutory, tax and cost audits.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and financial reporting skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
