About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, GST, and TDS, along with an understanding of modern AI tools that can improve accounting and finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, reconciliations, and book closure.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, schedules, and MIS.
- Manage GST compliance, including data preparation, reconciliation, return-related activities, and documentation.
- Handle TDS compliance, including calculation, deductions, reconciliation, returns, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly/quarterly/year-end closing and audit requirements.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all accounting and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams as required.
- Use advanced MS Excel for accounting analysis, reconciliations, MIS, reporting, and data management.
- Explore and effectively use AI tools for accounting, including tools that assist with data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, automation, documentation,



and productivity.
- Stay updated with changes in GST, TDS, accounting standards, and other applicable compliances.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- Excellent MS Excel skills are mandatory.
- Excellent practical knowledge of GST is mandatory.
- Excellent practical knowledge of TDS is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Hands-on experience with statutory and tax compliances.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance activities.
- Knowledge and practical awareness of AI tools used in accounting/finance is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Excel Skills Expected Candidates should be highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with:

- Advanced formulas and functions
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and related lookup functions
- IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and other analytical functions
- Data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and validation
- Reconciliation and MIS preparation
- Large-volume accounting data

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a robust, hands-on accounts professional who can independently manage accounting operations and statutory compliances. The candidate should have excellent practical expertise in Excel, GST, and TDS, and should be comfortable adopting AI tools and technology to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
