Core Responsibilities
Design & Development: Create detailed CAD models (2D/3D), simulations, and technical drawings for current products or components.
Prototyping & Testing: Build and test prototypes, analyze data, and implement design improvements based on performance results.
Documentation & Standards: Create technical reports, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, sales, R&D;) to optimize designs for manufacturing (DFM) and meet customer specifications.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAE simulation tools.
Engineering Knowledge:
Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
Analytical & Creative: Ability to solve complex technical problems and think creatively to develop innovative designs.
Communication: Robust written and verbal skills to present reports, create documentation, and collaborate with team members and clients.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
