Role Overview

This role requires ownership across revenue, process excellence, people leadership, coaching, workforce planning, communication, and discipline.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience (1+ yr in operations team management or a leadership role)
Must have own laptop
Willing to work from office at Chaoni, Nagpur (Near Poonam Chambers):
6 days Work From Office: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
Two daily office shifts:
7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
4:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Salary
4.8 LPA- 9 LPA (Annual CTC)
