Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business prospects across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, digital enquiries, and industry events.
Meet architects, consultants, contractors, builders, industries, government organizations, and corporate clients to promote Vinfra Projects' services.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the estimation and engineering teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals.
Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and sales agreements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging business opportunities.
Coordinate with project, production, and customer relationship teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, payments, and project milestones.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
Represent Vinfra Projects at exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking events.
Support marketing initiatives and contribute to business growth strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Experience in construction, steel structures, PEB, roofing, or industrial sales will be an added advantage.
