Job Summary
You will be responsible for providing software support, assisting customers with technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer issues and provide appropriate software solutions.
Guide customers on software features and usage.
Analyze software-related issues and assist in basic debugging.
Escalate complex technical issues to the development team when required.
Record customer issues and maintain support documentation.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or pursuing final year (BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Tech, BE, MCA, Diploma in Computer Science, or related field).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of at least one programming language (such as PHP, Java, C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar).:
Basic understanding of programming concepts, databases, and software troubleshooting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and business software.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SQL/MySQL is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication.
Customer service mindset.
Ability to work in a team.
