Post - Closing Manager - Sales (Real Estate)

Job Location - Lower Parel

Exp - Min 4 to 7 years exp into Closing Manager Sales profile

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete sales closing process from booking to possession.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all customer documentation is complete and accurate.
Guide customers through agreement execution, payment schedules, loan processing, and registration formalities.
Liaise with banks, legal teams, CRM, finance, and operations to ensure smooth transaction completion.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers for timely collections.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and RERA regulations.
Prepare and verify sale agreements, allotment letters, demand letters, and other closing documents.
Resolve customer queries and issues related to documentation, payments, and possession.




Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and generate MIS reports.
Coordinate registration and possession activities with internal departments.
Monitor project milestones and communicate updates to customers.
Support revenue realization by ensuring timely closures and collections.
Handle escalations professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Train and guide the closing team to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with management to streamline closing processes and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of real estate sales processes and closing procedures.
Understanding of RERA, property registration, and home loan documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Coordination and stakeholder management.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Proficiency in CR
