Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.
Handle premium customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor sales performance, conversion, footfall, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
Manage inventory, stock movement, billing, and showroom documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Coordinate with HO, marketing, accounts, and other departments as required.
Train team members on jewellery products, sales techniques, and customer service.
Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail/sales.:




Graduation is mandatory.:
Prior experience as a Showroom Manager, Store Manager, Store Head, Retail Manager, or similar role will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of jewellery products, especially gold, diamond, and bridal jewellery.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-oriented with good sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage showroom operations independently.
