Role Overview

As a Tellecallers, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, engaging with parents, explaining the Zoodle Kid program, and ensuring a smooth and positive interaction experience.



This is a customer-focused role where effective communication, consistent follow-ups, and process adherence are key to driving conversions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Calling
Handle inbound calls from interested parents and address their queries
Clearly explain the Zoodle Kid program using provided scripts and training
Build rapport with parents and maintain a polite, skilled, and parent-friendly tone

Call Management & Follow-ups
Ensure timely follow-ups with interested and warm leads
Record and submit every call without exception
Accurately update call outcomes in the system as per guidelines
Follow defined calling scripts, workflows, and quality standards

Data Compliance & Documentation
Follow all data privacy and compliance guidelines strictly
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates
Handle customer data with confidentiality and responsibility
