Assistant Manager - Accounts

Location: Greater Noida (Kasna), Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Working Days : 6 Days a Week

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Manufacturing Industry

Educational Qualification

Graduation in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (Additional skilled qualifications will be preferred)

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record maintenance.
Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Draft and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and other financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, deposits, and return filings.
Handle GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliations, and assessments.
Ensure timely generation and management of E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.




Coordinate statutory audits and provide necessary documentation.

Payroll & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other labor-related statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments and consultants for timely submissions and compliance.

Reporting & Coordination
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and government authorities as required.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.

Communication & Documentation
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Reporting.
Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, E-Way Bills, E-Invoicing, PF, and ESIC.
Experience in Balance Sheet preparation and finalization.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
