Key Responsibilities
Customize Zoho CRM as per client business requirements.
Develop advanced Deluge scripts for automation and business logic.
Build workflows, approvals, blueprints, functions, schedules, and validation rules.
Configure CRM modules, layouts, fields, related lists, page layouts, and automation.
Work on Zoho Flow integrations.
Develop reports and dashboards.
Understand client requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation wherever required.
Provide implementation, migration, and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in project planning and estimation.
Required Skills - Must Have
2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho platform.
Solid experience in Zoho Creator.
Solid experience in Zoho CRM customization.
Excellent knowledge of Deluge scripting.
Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth.
Experience with workflows, Blueprints, approvals, and automation.
Positive understanding of relational databases.
Ability to understand business processes and convert them into technical solutions.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
